About the Program
This 6-month mentor program is an inspiring collaboration to discover your authentic voice, to shine value on your gifts, and to spark the intuitive and soul-guided business you want to establish.
Whether you are just beginning your career as a yoga teacher or have already established yourself, Liz will work to motivate growth with one-on-one and group mentoring sessions, inspire fresh ideas with discussion and comprehensive class feedback, and invigorate your teaching practice through self-care and soul messages. Liz has a unique ability to help people discover their own brilliant talent! She’ll work with you discover your vision and see it through. She believes in you.
This Mentorship is a part of our 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training. This may be taken as a stand-alone session for yoga teachers and also qualifies as 40 hours of Continuing Education requirements with Yoga Alliance.
The Prancing Peacock Mentorship Program is taught over a six-month period and includes:
- One-on-One mentoring session with Liz
- Six group-mentoring sessions
- Observation and assisting classes with the mentor with discussion and feedback
- Ability to teach Community Classes on The Prancing Peacock schedule (2)
Create a professional portfolio including:
- Professional headshots including three asana photographs for marketing and auditioning
- Professionally written bio, and audition sequence for prospective employers
- Create a toolbox of 10 beautifully sequenced classes, 2 workshops and a one-day retreat with a marketing plan, curriculum, and pricing
- Record a meditation mp3 to distribute to your clients

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
E-RYT500, RCYT and YACEP, Usui Reiki Master
Proud owner and devoted Director of The Prancing Peacock, Liz Conner has been holding space for a beautiful and diverse Yoga community in Bucks County, PA since 2002. Liz envisioned her first studio on a serene farm many years before it became a reality, and her continued vision has expanded into a community of dedicated practice and a hub for innovative training. As the Director of The Prancing Peacock Yoga School, she has nurtured students through the transformative practice of Yoga for over 10 years. Her specialty is inspiring new teachers to find the yoga within them, to speak loudly with their authentic voice, and to truly let go and shine. You’re bound to spot her long skirts floating around a corner or her infectious laugh bouncing off the walls.
Liz is a well-rounded E-RYT 500, having studied extensively with Shiva Rea, and is certified in Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yoga Trance Dance and Power Vinyasa through Baron Baptiste. As an insatiable student, Liz is constantly exploring traditional and modern wellness techniques and studying with masters across the country and throughout the world. Currently, she is pursuing a Breathwork Certification through teacher and healer David Elliot, to be completed summer 2018.
Liz received her Reiki Master training in 2001, and the energy radiates throughout her daily life. She raised four amazing children with her husband of 37 years, is an artist, a lover of animals and beautiful gardens. She loves sunrises and sunsets, any body of water, mountains, full moons and starry nights, spring peepers. She has been known to spontaneously break into song and dance and is always laughing.The Prancing Peacock Yoga Studios and the Yoga School are Liz’s labors of love that she works tirelessly to perfect.
